Chris Pacey has been part of the Personal Touch family longer than any other employee, dedicating more than 28 years of loyal service to the company. Over the decades, Chris has become known not only for his remarkable versatility, but also for the pride and care he brings to every job. Whether cleaning carpets, restoring floors, or handling exterior building work, Chris approaches each task with the same commitment to excellence.

His greatest impact, however, has been within the Stone Solutions division — a division he helped build from the ground up in 1999. What began as an urgent call to help a local hotel with damaged engineered stone floors turned into a new specialty for the company. After consulting with respected industry experts Fred Hueston and Bob Murrell and completing extensive training, Personal Touch launched its stone restoration division, where Chris quickly became one of the region’s most trusted craftsmen.

Chris combines technical skill with a calm, thoughtful approach that customers and coworkers deeply respect. Outside of work, he and his wife have raised two daughters while keeping family at the center of their lives. His humility, reliability, and dedication have made him an invaluable part of Personal Touch for nearly three decades.
