With more than 28 years at Personal Touch Service Solutions, Chris Pacey has become one of Central Illinois’ leading experts in stone restoration and commercial floor care. His extensive hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to quality have earned the trust of clients and coworkers alike.
Chris has developed expertise across a wide range of services, including carpet cleaning, hard floor restoration, stone restoration, and exterior surface care. Known for his attention to detail and thoughtful approach, he consistently delivers craftsmanship that reflects the high standards Personal Touch is known for.
His greatest impact has been within the Stone Solutions division, which he helped build from the ground up in 1999. What began as an urgent request to restore damaged engineered stone floors at a local hotel became the foundation for an entirely new specialty within the company. After training with respected industry experts Fred Hueston and Bob Murrell, Chris helped establish Personal Touch as a trusted leader in stone restoration throughout Central Illinois.
Outside of work, Chris and his wife have raised two daughters while keeping family at the center of their lives. His professionalism, humility, reliability, and dedication continue to make him an invaluable member of the Personal Touch team and a trusted expert for every client he serves.
